A South Florida native, she graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at Florida International University and gained practical experience as a personal injury case manager. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she graduated as a Blume Public Interest Scholar.
Ms. Jolliet’s commitment to advocacy extends beyond her academic achievements. Before law school, she served as a Survivor Advocate at Kristi House Children’s Advocacy Center, where she supported youth victims of exploitation and worked closely with the Miami Children’s Courthouse child trafficking division. For her impactful work in child advocacy, she received the 2020 Champion for Children Award from the Child Welfare League of America.
During her time in law school, Ms. Jolliet further honed her public service skills by clerking with the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee and interning for U.S. Senator Marco Rubio. After graduation, she joined Senator Rubio’s office as a legal policy advisor, working directly with constituents on issues ranging from criminal justice reform to constitutional law.
Ms. Jolliet also brings valuable policy experience from her role as a legal policy analyst with the National Governors Association, where she co-led federal grant initiatives focused on juvenile justice reform and criminal justice deflection programs.
